The teen and tween years are tough for EVERY person, no matter your upbringing, background, or circumstances. Our goal is to teach young people how to develop the personal tools and resources to cope with many situations. Teens report more self-confidence and happiness after our classes and events.

Every single part of this experience was the biggest blessing to happen in my life. I learned about relationships, how to love myself, skincare, yoga, meditate, etc. I felt in tune with myself and my depression slowly faded away.
Everything was so positive, I loved it! I now understand that letting go of toxic people and positively moving on with life will help me move forward.

I’ve always had trouble with friendships in the past. I never knew how to see when a friend was toxic before it was too late. This camp really helped me find the red flags in a friendship and since then, I have saved myself from many other toxic friendships. The skincare stuff we did was also a life saver, and my acne is so much better now. So is my self confidence!!
