Sponsor a Child at an Event
Your donation will help a teen or tween attend an event that they may not otherwise be able to afford. Many teens and tweens have befitted immensely from sponsorships over the past years and it's generosity such as yours that has enabled their lives to change for the better. Many of those sponsored in the past are coming back to donate their time as mentors in order to give back what they've been given, and hope to apply for jobs with Empowerteen once it's non-profit business development is complete. It is an important part of Empowerteen's mission that adolescents from all demographics and socio-economic circumstances attend events so that they may learn from each other, gain empathy, understand that within their differences lie similarities, and what it really means to be a community and take care of each other.
