Candlelight Yoga and Silent Auction Benefit
Join us on Friday, June 8th, for the Silent Auction which begins at 7pm, and stay as Kendall Parkin leads an all levels non-heated slow flow, candlelight yoga and meditation from 7:30pm-8:45pm to benefit Empowerteen. Empowerteen has summer retreats coming up and is in need of supplies for yoga and pilates, as well as sponsorship aid for those who cannot afford to attend.
$10-$15 suggested donation at the door and donations of yoga blankets, straps and blocks appreciated.

There will also be a Silent Auction including submissions from local artists and businesses of paintings, jewelry, spa services such as massages and facials, local services, gift cards and gift baskets whose proceeds will support Empowerteen sponsorships. Empowerteen is a teen and tween wellness outreach program for girls and boys in Beaverton. Its mission is to empower them with tools for better mental, emotional, physical, and social health, using lessons to increase self-esteem and nutritional habits, create healthy relationships and manage stress, and using activities such as yoga, hiking, dancing and meditation.
